ABOUT ME

You know the type of person who appears successful, strong, and always ready to carry everything on their shoulders? That was me. For fifteen years, I worked in administrative roles defined by absolute responsibility and reliability. Always “the one you could count on.” I continued my education, completed a master’s degree, and earned a PhD. On the surface, everything functioned. Internally, pressure, anxiety, chronic exhaustion, insomnia, health anxiety, weight gain, and a constant need to control myself, others, and circumstances steadily intensified. Two divorces were part of the same pattern.

But, more than a decade ago, I made a decision to stop living from a place of inner chaos, constant effort, and control. I embarked on a path of deep personal transformation, integrating scientific rigor and an analytical mindset with work on expanding awareness, emotional regulation, energy-based practices, and the PSYCH-K® method for changing subconscious beliefs. The outcome of this process was not a “better version of myself,” but a fundamentally different relationship with life – calmer, more stable, and free.

Today, I work as a Principal Research Fellow at the Institute of Economic Sciences, alongside my work with people who operate under sustained pressure, in high-performance modes, accustomed to endurance and responsibility, often at the expense of their health, relationships, and inner peace.

My approach is not for those seeking quick fixes or new strategies to exert even more control over life. Real change begins when the struggle with oneself and with life comes to an end. I support people in moving beyond survival mode and building inner stability that does not depend on external conditions.

Scope of My Services

PSYCH-K®

PSYCH-K® is a method of inner change that helps us recognize and transform the subconscious beliefs behind our automatic patterns of behavior. It is precisely at this level that the mechanism of self-sabotage is often formed: we want change, yet we keep returning to old reactions, decisions, and choices that no longer support us. The work takes place at the level of subconscious beliefs that shape the way we perceive ourselves, other people, and life circumstances. Through specific balances and a clearly guided process, PSYCH-K® enables the transformation of inner patterns without prolonged analysis or constant revisiting of the problem. The focus is not on fixing the person, but on changing the inner program from which that person operates. When the beliefs we live by begin to change, our relationship with life changes as well. The need to stand in our own way begins to diminish, decisions become clearer, reactions calmer, and self-confidence starts to grow from within as a natural result of new experiences and braver choices. In that way, more space opens for ease, inner stability, and a life that is more aligned with what we truly want.

ENERGETIC HARMONY

In my approach, I also use techniques based on the principles of Huna, which support the restoration of inner balance and a more fluid connection between the body, emotions, and consciousness. Such work can be especially valuable when we feel that we are not burdened only by external circumstances, but also by inner patterns that repeatedly bring us back to tension, exhaustion, or a sense of disconnection from ourselves. The Huna approach does not stop at the mental understanding of a problem. It also includes experiential work through which change is felt on a deeper level. By connecting attention, breath, intention, and energetic awareness, inner tension gradually decreases, presence becomes stronger, and more space opens for clarity, stability, and renewed energy. The focus is not on forcing change, but on creating the conditions in which the inner system can naturally return to greater harmony. As inner balance becomes more established, the way we experience ourselves and life situations begins to change as well. Reactions become calmer, focus clearer, and the sense of inner scatteredness or resistance weaker. From such a state, both small and big courageous steps become easier to take, gradually strengthening self confidence and a deeper sense of connection with oneself.

NLP COACHING

Coaching integrated with NLP techniques is a focused process carried out within a defined time frame and centered on one or two areas of life a person wants to improve. The goal is not endless problem analysis, but clear direction, achievable goals, and practical steps that lead to greater satisfaction, clarity, and personal stability. This approach is designed for people who want to navigate challenges more effectively, make better decisions, improve communication, and turn their goals into realistic action. In my work, I use NLP techniques such as precise goal setting, reframing, anchoring, perceptual positions, and work with submodalities. Such a process supports not only more effective goal achievement, but also a healthier relationship with oneself. As a person begins to think more clearly, communicate more confidently, and move more consistently toward what matters, self respect grows, and from it, a more stable sense of self confidence. My role is to support that process through structure, questions, and continuity, while helping the client stay connected to their values, capacities, and direction.

STEP-BY-STEP

The program is currently in development and is designed as an online process through which a person gradually comes to know themselves, their inner world, and the way they experience responsibility, expectations, relationships, and professional roles. The emphasis is not on external techniques, but on a deeper understanding of the inner patterns that shape everyday life and the decisions we make. The work unfolds within a clearly structured framework that includes beliefs, values, emotional states, and relationships as essential areas of personal development. Through such a process, a person does not simply gain new insights, but begins to see themselves more clearly as a unique human being, with their own inner logic, needs, priorities, and way of functioning. The online format offers enough space for reflection, for observing one’s own insights, and for their gradual integration into daily life. The aim of the program is not to offer quick solutions or to make life easier on the outside, but to support a person in knowing themselves more deeply and fully, because the possibility of real change grows out of that understanding. As a person begins to see more clearly who they are, what they act from, and what truly matters to them, space opens for more mature choices, a steadier relationship with themselves, and a stronger sense of inner grounding. The program is intended for those who want, through a process of self-discovery, to build a life that is more aligned with their nature, values, and potential.
