ABOUT ME

You know the type of person who appears successful, strong, and always ready to carry everything on their shoulders? That was me. For fifteen years, I worked in administrative roles defined by absolute responsibility and reliability. Always “the one you could count on.” I continued my education, completed a master’s degree, and earned a PhD. On the surface, everything functioned. Internally, pressure, anxiety, chronic exhaustion, insomnia, health anxiety, weight gain, and a constant need to control myself, others, and circumstances steadily intensified. Two divorces were part of the same pattern.

But, more than a decade ago, I made a decision to stop living from a place of inner chaos, constant effort, and control. I embarked on a path of deep personal transformation, integrating scientific rigor and an analytical mindset with work on expanding awareness, emotional regulation, energy-based practices, and the PSYCH-K® method for changing subconscious beliefs. The outcome of this process was not a “better version of myself,” but a fundamentally different relationship with life – calmer, more stable, and free.

Today, I work as a Principal Research Fellow at the Institute of Economic Sciences, alongside my work with people who operate under sustained pressure, in high-performance modes, accustomed to endurance and responsibility, often at the expense of their health, relationships, and inner peace.

My approach is not for those seeking quick fixes or new strategies to exert even more control over life. Real change begins when the struggle with oneself and with life comes to an end. I support people in moving beyond survival mode and building inner stability that does not depend on external conditions.

Scope of My Services

PSYCH-K®

PSYCH-K® is a method of inner change that can be particularly helpful for people who have long relied on willpower, discipline, and mental endurance. Many of those who come to this work appear outwardly stable and successful, while internally they gradually experience tension, restlessness, or a sense that life has become overly demanding. The work takes place at the level of subconscious beliefs that shape how we perceive ourselves, others, and circumstances. Through specific PSYCH-K® balances and a clearly structured process, it enables a shift in internal patterns without the need for deep analysis, in a direct and accessible way. The focus is not on fixing what is “wrong,” but on aligning the inner system so that change can occur naturally and sustainably. When we change the beliefs from which we operate, our relationship with life changes as well. Reactions become calmer, decisions clearer, and the need for constant control diminishes. Energy is then freed for greater stability, vitality, and a sense of ease that does not depend on external conditions.

ENERGETIC HARMONY

In my approach, I also use techniques grounded in the principles of Huna, which are oriented toward restoring inner balance and stability within the energetic system. This work integrates intuitive perception with rational understanding, allowing for deeper alignment of internal processes that influence emotional states, energy levels, and the capacity for recovery. Change does not remain at the level of insight or intellectual understanding alone, but is reflected through embodied experience as well. Through work with the energy of the body and consciousness, inner tension gradually decreases, presence deepens, and focus becomes clearer. This approach is particularly supportive for individuals accustomed to functioning at a high pace and under constant demands, who seek to regain a sense of ease, vitality, and inner coherence. By harmonizing subtle energetic flows, space is created for natural regeneration and a deeper sense of fulfillment. The emphasis is not on effort or struggle, but on restoring inner balance from which strength, clarity, and stability arise naturally.

NLP COACHING

Coaching integrated with NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques represents a structured and goal-oriented approach to personal development, enabling a deeper understanding of how thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns are formed. The work takes place through individual and group coaching, depending on the needs and the phase a person is in. The starting point of the process is not problems, but desires that are translated, within a clear framework, into concrete and achievable goals. Throughout the process, the focus is on ensuring that goals do not remain mere ideas or plans, but are gradually integrated into everyday life. Using the NLP approach, internal obstacles, automatic reactions, and habitual patterns are identified, particularly those that tend to divert attention away from what truly matters. Special attention is given to maintaining inner balance, so that goal achievement unfolds alongside self-care, rather than at the expense of personal needs, health, or relationships. Each coaching session is grounded in the assumption that individuals already possess the knowledge, experience, and inner wisdom necessary for change. My role is to provide structure, ask guiding questions, and maintain continuity, holding a space in which clients can remain connected to themselves, their values, and their priorities while moving toward the goals they have set.

STEP-BY-STEP

The program is designed as an online process that addresses the internal patterns through which pressure, expectations, and responsibility are experienced and carried. Rather than focusing on stress-management techniques or increased efficiency, the emphasis is on the internal assumptions that shape how individuals enter commitments, relationships, and professional roles. The work unfolds within a clearly structured framework that includes beliefs, values, emotional states, and relationships as key areas through which pressure most often reproduces itself. The online format allows participants to engage in the process without additional strain, offering sufficient space for reflection and integration between sessions, rather than adding yet another obligation to an already demanding schedule. The aim of the program is not to make life externally “easier,” but to shift the inner position from which action is taken. When this position changes, choices become clearer, boundaries more mature, and the relationship to responsibility and achievement more sustainable. The program is intended for those seeking a deeper understanding of their internal mechanisms and a lasting change in how they live and work, rather than temporary relief.
